Accessibility policy

The Internet today is the largest repository of freed information for all users, including users with disabilities. Accessibility is a condition for a just and prosperous society. Therefore we have invested in the user experience of the site to be convenient and effective for all users to the site for most operating systems and/or type of browser (user agent) and/or device type, except WinXP operating system and below and browsers Internet Explorer versions 10 and below. For the use of all users an accessibility menu has been installed at the top of the screen that provides a solution for accessible font size, response to color blindness, highlighting and marking links, font reading and cancellation of animations. You can activate the site using a keyboard shortcut by pressing the Tab key on the left side of the keyboard.
